Book your talent

Please note that HGH Skills Market is not a recruitment agency.  We are  a platform for employers to find talent for short term or temporary contract employment opportunities that exist in the Hoedspruit area.  You will book talent as an independent contractor during temporary shortages. HGH Skills Market does not recruit/employ talent.  They will be liable to pay their own UIF and negotiate their PAYE & SDL with you, the employer as per statutory tables.

Should you want to permanently employ talent, your HR department must arrange for the proper contracts to be put in place.

HGH Skills Market will not be liable for any moneys owed except the fixed daily rate that was agreed upon during listing on the portal.  Updates to profiles will be done when requested by talent - we are not liable for outdated information.

Payment of daily rates must be done before the end of their contract unless you have an account with Hoedspruit Glass & Home.  Then your invoice will be sent to you at the end of each month.  

Any issues that you have with your placement should be taken up with them directly - HGH Skills Market will not become involved in any labour disputes, nor will we facilitate any disciplinary actions.  Any unlawful behaviour can be reported to HGH Skills Market and will result in the permanent removal of talent profiles from the portal and suspension of all further services without any refunds.
