Please note that HGH Skills Market is not a recruitment agency.  We are  a free platform for talent to make themselves available for short term or temporary contract employment opportunities that exist in the Hoedspruit area.  You will be hired as an independent contractor during temporary shortages and will not receive a permanent contract with the HGH Skills Market or the employer.  You will be liable to pay your own UIF and negotiate your PAYE & SDL with the employer as per statutory tables.

Should the employer want to permanently employ you, their HR department will arrange for the proper contracts to be put in place.

HGH Skills Market will not be liable for any moneys owed except the fixed daily rate that was agreed upon when you were listed on the portal.  Updates to your profile can be requested via phone / email and will not be charged for - limited to 4 changes per annum.

Payment of your rate will be done at the end of the contract via e-wallet to the cellphone number provided by yourself.  It will be your responsibility to make sure that the cellphone number you provide is correct - erroneous payments will not be repaid/refunded.

Any issues that you have with your temporary employer should be taken up with them directly - HGH Skills Market will not become involved in any labour disputes, nor will we facilitate any discussions. 

Any unlawful behaviour or threat against the employer or HGH Skills Market will result in the permanent removal of your profile from the portal and suspension of all further services without any refunds.

Zero tolerance for absconding - Failure to show up for work during the project will result in forfeiting any moneys owed to you and immediate removal from the portal.  In an emergency you have to let the employer know via whatsapp, sms or telephone call.
